About Tyler

I am a certified middle school art teacher and have ran D&D games for 13 years, the past three with secondary age students. The last two years I ran the D&D afterschool club at my school. I have also hosted several weeks of an afternoon D&D camp for middle and high school students during the 2026 summer.

My game style

I lean heavily into facilitating players in telling an intriguing story through supporting their empathy, problem solving and creative skills. I consider my play style to be very much rule of cool and work hard to not bog down players in overly complicated rules. I work hard to make my games accessible and equitable while showing that player choices have an impact.
